Welcome from the Program Director

Welcome to Roseman University of Health Sciences, College of Dental Medicine, Advanced Education in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics and Master of Business Administration Program (AEODO/MBA) website. We thank you for having interest in our extraordinary postdoctoral orthodontic resident program.

Roseman University offers an integrated 35- month AEODO/MBA Program, with orthodontic program residents earning both an MBA degree and a Certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics simultaneously. Our program is fully accredited.

Roseman University of Health Sciences College of Dental Medicine (CODM) was founded in 2007 with an initial AEODO/MBA program at the Henderson Nevada campus. The dental school Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) program inaugural class enrollment was in 2011 at the South Jordan Utah campus.

The AEODO/MBA program utilizes Roseman’s innovative mastery of learning model, with course modules organized in a ‘block system’ curriculum. Rather than competing with other students to achieve high grades on a ‘curve’, residents work together to achieve competency at a high level to progress through the program. Orthodontic residents experience interactive learning and participate in a variety of instructional techniques beyond the traditional lecture format. Our residents provide personalized patient care in a state-of-art facility. Contemporary equipment, methods of instruction and materials are used.

AEODO/MBA orthodontic residents have the opportunity to learn from the best educators. We have an outstanding orthodontic program faculty. Several AEODO block module instructors are faculty from other leading universities. In addition, residents interact with faculty from Roseman Colleges of dentistry, medicine, nursing, pharmacy and MBA in interdisciplinary education and research.

We trust that your Roseman AEODO/MBA experience here will be productive and rewarding. Our Lifelong Colleague Principle and Honor Code allows students to flourish within an environment of trust, integrity and mutual respect. Our aim is to prepare competent orthodontists with science knowledge and clinical skills that ethically provide high-quality patient-centered care and service; with sound business skills for a competitive marketplace, and develop lifelong professional colleagues.

On behalf of the College of Dental Medicine, AEODO/MBA Orthodontic Program’s administration, faculty, staff and residents, we are excited and honored that you are considering attending. I am confident that you will discover our orthodontic residency program to be truly exceptional in many ways.

We welcome campus visitors. Please feel free to take the time and explore our website to learn more about education opportunities at the Roseman University of Health Sciences.
